Confirmation of Appointments:

If you have provided me with your most current e-mail, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time via e-mail. Let me know if you would like a reminder by text message or phone as well. If this is your first visit, please feel free to call us if you have any unanswered questions.

Rescheduling an Appointment:

Your appointment is a commitment of our staffs time reserved especially for you. Please provide a 24 hour notice of any changes or cancellation to avoid a service fee. This will provide ample time to re-book the appointment for those clients waiting for my services.

Tardiness:

The time schedules of all of our clients are important and we do our best to keep on schedule too. Please arrive 15 minutes early in order to begin your appointment at the time scheduled.

Feedback:

I want you to have a good massage experience so please feel free to give feedback during your session if you are not receiving what you expected. Let me know if anything is uncomfortable – is the pressure too hard? Is the massage room chilly? Would you like different music? Is the aromatherapy affecting your allergies? My feeling are the clients needs comes first.
